When visiting Clipgate it is recommended that you approach from Barham and use Walderchain Road leading to Lodge Lees Road. This is especially essential if you are driving a large goods vehicle or towing a caravan. From Denton, Agester Lane is unsuitable with fewer passing places for these types of vehicles.
