  Clipgate has a 490mt grass runway 02/20 with a slight uphill slope to the southerly direction.  The strip has trees at the North end and a hedge at the South end, so short field experience is helpful.  Turbulence may occur in windy conditions due to the trees.

  Landing circuits should be flown to the NW side of runway and No over flying of local villages please.
